It worked great for me as I learned a new lifestyle. Some of my favorite things were light English Muffins with low sugar jelly, baked scoops with salsa (salsa no points),whole wheat pitas or tortilla wraps with spaghetti or pizza sauce, a little shredded cheese, spices and any veggie toppings to make yourself a little pizza. I love the WW taco soup recipe and make it all the time. <br /><br />Good luck with your lifestyle change.
