K’s are prominent in our household…and I love them! I love my soon to be hubby Kent, my “K” coffee cup, my Keurig, AND myself, Kendra (just in case you forgot my name). Yes, I love myself! It’s good to love who you are. If you don’t on one else will. That’s my tip for the day.
Today and always: I am grateful for my Keurig or as I like to call him…….Mr. Keurig!
He was Christmas gift a few years ago.
At that time I was not obsessed with coffee. I know shocker!
I thought it was neat and a very nice gift but I was not sold on the whole thing.
Then he started getting all fancy on me……
he told me (yes Mr. Keurig talks….doesn't yours?) that he brews tons of flavored coffees, teas, and hot chocolate in a matter of seconds.
That’s when he won me over!
Ever since then we’ve been tight.
I visit him 1st thing in the morning, and again in the afternoon.
He’s a gentlemen and even shares with my family and friends.
He’s always there for me when I need him.
Yeah…..me and Mr. Keurig have a special thing going on and I don’t mind it one bit.
Do you own a Keurig? If so what’s your favorite K-cup?
I’m digging the Doughnut Shop coffee right now. I used to be all over the flavored coffees but they’re not strong enough for me now.
Oh and I ‘m also grateful for our kind of cute linky party button.
I made it by myself.
I have no idea how I did it, but I did! It’s not real pretty but it works!

Link up your Grateful Post!
If you don’t have a blog tell us something that you’re grateful for in your comment!
*This is a last minuet and very informal linky party. Just link up a post that talks about something that you are grateful for. If can be an old post or a new one!
*If you’re new to linky parties McKlinky is very user friendly and will walk you though everything you need to do. You can copy and past our party button onto your post or create a hyperlink back to Domestic Princess in Training.
*Play nice and be sure to link your “grateful post” (NOT something you are trying to sale) or I’ll have to get the blog party police after you.
I love my Keurig! Personally, I drink iced coffee and was psyched that the newer model does that. My favorite k-cups are the Emeril Bam cups. They are SUPER strong but that's how I like my coffee. I also like the Cafe Mocha k-cups made by Keurig but the trick is to brew a small or medium - never the large - the stronger flavor the better. That's another tip I use when I brew my husband's regular, wimpy k-cups (when I run out). Brew a smaller cup and they are stronger! Wow, I am rambling. Anyway, I can't recall ever commenting but I just wanted to say that you are one of the first DIY/decor blogs that I began reading and I was definitely inspired! I have four little ones and for a few years my house was just not the focus. But I am out of my funk and am obsessed with home renovations/decor. I've always loved thrifting so I am super excited to share my finds. I just began a DIY/design blog (I've blogged my kid's lives for years but this one is new to me). So would you mind checking me out. I am new, new. Like days old so all I've posted is my Christmas mantel. Yup, I skipped Thanksgiving and am onto Christmas! LOL Thanks Kendra! pennywisetreasures.blogspot.com
