Weight Loss Challenge: Week 2

Hey my fellow Weight Loss Challenge buddies! I wanted to pop in and quickly post this week’s questions. I just got home and it’s 12:30am. I’m super tired and need to get to bed. My day ended up being A LOT longer than planned. I apologize for getting this up so late.


For now I’m just going to post the questions so you can start thinking about your answers. I’ll be back tomorrow morning; well it’s actually already tomorrow….wow that’s a little confusing. Ok, I’ll be back in a few hours with my answers and Mr. Linky so you can link up.


Week 2: Getting in the Groove
1. How did your week go?
2. Were you faced with any challenges? If so what were they?
3. How do you plan to work on conquering these challenges in the upcoming weeks? If you were a rock star and went through the week without any concerns you can talk about that here as well.
4.What were a few things you did this week to get you moving in the right direction? If you took a picture/pictures of you doing any of these activities you can include them here.
