Low-Cal All America Trifle

This is a BIG hit with my family. I make it every year for the 4th but it’s also a great summer dessert. Since berries are in season right now it’s inexpensive to make and oh so good! Everyone loves it and no one knows it low cal. If you try it out let me know what you think!

All American Trifle

2 cups of cold milk
1 pkg (4 serving size) Jell-o Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie filling 1 pkg.
(13.6oz ) fat free pound cake, cut into 1/2 –inch cubes

1pt. strawberries, sliced (about 2 cups)

1 cup washed blueberries

1 tub (8oz.) Cool-Whip Free Whipped Topping, thawed

Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Place ½ of the cake cubes in 3-quart serving bowl; top with ½ each of the fruits. Spread pudding mixture over fruit. Repeat layers of cake and fruit. Top with whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Tips:
This can also be made in a 13x9-inch pan.
In the picture I doubled the recipe to feed my huge family
